How do I make a purchase?  

Our website is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Just browse our products and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.  When you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout”.   It’s that simple!   You will also receive an email confirming your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, eCheck and Paypal.   All payments are made securely via Pay Pal Electronic Payment Processor.  

Will my personal payment information be safe when I order through The Fabulous Scrapbook Store?

What do you do with the personal information you collect when I place my order?

At the Fabulous Scrapbook Store, we take utmost care with your personal information.   We recognize the great importance of protecting your privacy. The information entered on your order form will only be used for customer care and for processing your order. 

We do send out emails periodically to notify our customers and subscribers of new products and special promotions.

We never share your name, email address, billing or shipping address with anyone, unless it is necessary to complete your order.

How do you select your scrapbook products?

At The Fabulous Scrapbook Store, we believe in providing the best to our Customers.   Our products are specially selected for their premium quality and appeal.    We spend a lot of our time sourcing unique and fabulous scrapbook products for our Customers.   Our products are purchased from reputable scrapbook suppliers and manufacturers.    All our papers, stickers, albums and die-cuts are lignin free and acid free (as represented by our suppliers and manufacturers) making them safe for scrapbooking.  Please note that some of our embellishments by EK Success & Sandylion are handmade and as such we cannot guarantee that it is acid and lignin free.  Nevertheless, EK Success & Sandylion products are used widely for scrapbooking for many years.  If you have any questions, please contact them directly.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days.  Please note that USPS takes approximately 2 - 5 business days to deliver the shipment.
What are your shipping options and rates?

We currently ship by
United States Postal Service only.   We ship via Priority Mail and please note that this is NOT an Express Service.   Shipping and handling charges are based on weight, distance and speed.  For full details, please read Shipping Information.

Please note that we reserve the right to change the shipping method at any time. 

Domestic Orders  

Your orders are expected to arrive in 2 – 5 business days from the date of shipment via Priority Mail.  Some destinations like Alaska and Hawaii, delivery will take a little longer. 

International Orders

All International Orders are expected to arrive in 3 – 10 business days to Customs from date of shipment depending on the shipping option you choose.
   Recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes.  We apologize that we cannot ship to P. O. Box.  However, exception is made for APO addresses.

Please note that we reserve the right to make adjustments to the shipping rates published on our website and we will send you an email to advise you of the change if your order is affected by this change.   You can then decide whether you want to proceed with the order or otherwise.

Can I track the status of my order? 

Yes.  All you have to do is to register with us and log in with your password.   Just remember to use the username and password that you have selected during registration to log.   Once logged in you will be able to see the status of your orders.  

How do I submit multiple items to be shipped to separate addresses?  

You will have to place each order separately if you plan to ship to more than one shipping address.  

Will my product look like the pictures?

We take extra care in ensuring that the product images, description, prices and specifications are correct.   However, while color production is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual products may occur.   Please remember that we do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee!

What is your Guarantee/Return Policy?  

We want our Customers to be happy and have a fabulous time at our Store.   If for any reason, you are not happy with any of the products you purchased, you are welcome to return or exchange the products less the shipping charges.   

Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 30 days of purchase. All return item(s) including Promotional Items must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged, capable of being resold or re-gift and accompanied by a Return Form.   Please click return_form and print.  We must receive the returned items within the 30-days time frame. 

Should the return items result in a reduction of the total purchase value, the promotional item need to be returned to us as well, otherwise a fee will be charged to cover our cost for the promotional item.    This fee will vary from each promotional item.   If you have any questions, please contact us at

Please note that we cannot be responsible for returned items that we do not receive or that are damaged in transit
What happens when my order arrived damaged?
If your package were to arrive damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately at or 410-638-9857.  We would require you to email us pictures of the damaged box and products so that we can assess the damage.  Please be assured that we will handle such notification promptly.

 Why do you give out Promotional Items or Services?

We want our Customers to have fun shopping with us.  As a special thanks to our valued Customers, we offer unique gifts to be given as Promotional Gifts.  These Promotional Gifts may or may not be scrapbook related and are purchased from reputable vendors.   

The types of Promotional Gifts and duration of the Special Promotion are at the absolute discretion of The Fabulous Scrapbook Store.   In the event, the current Promotional Gifts are out of stock, we reserve the right to replace the Promotional Gifts with a different product or service.  

Please note that sometimes there might be a variation in the color of the images of the Promotional Gifts.  
 Please keep in mind that the promotional items are meant as a gift and as such, we at the Fabulous Scrapbook Store shall not be responsible for any damages or losses that result from the use of or wrong usage of such Promotional Gifts.

What if I cancel my order?

Our Shopping Cart is designed to get orders shipped out to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If you need to cancel an order, please let us know immediately so we can attempt to retrieve the order before it ships.  Please note that a small fee may be charged to cover our cost.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is only charged on items that are shipped to a Maryland zipcode.  The taxable rate on these items is 6% and will be automatically calculated at the time of check out.

Can we download product images from this website?

The images of products displayed on this website are all copyrighted and trademarked by their respective owners.    Any reproduction without the express permission from the copyright or trademark owners is a violation of law and is strictly prohibited.
