Shipping Information

 

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business day.  Please note that USPS takes approximately 2 - 5 business days to deliver the shipment.      


What are your shipping options and rates?  

We currently ship by
United States
Postal Service only.   We ship via Priority Mail and please note that this is NOT an Express Service.  Shipping and handling charges are based on weight, dimension, distance and speed. 

Please note that we reserve the right to change the shipping method at any time. 

 

 

If you need to know about shipping charges before you decide to buy, you should place the items you need in the shopping cart and proceed to to Checkout and our website will provide you with the shipping charges as we are linked to USPS.  Please note that this step is necessary as shipping charges are based on weight and dimensions of items.  After you see the charges and you do not want to proceed you do not need to continue to checkout.



Domestic Orders  

Your orders are expected to arrive in 2 – 5 business days from the date of shipment.   Some destinations like Alaska and Hawaii, delivery will take a little longer.   Please note that this is an estimated date only as we have no control of USPS's delivery.

International Orders

All International Orders are expected to arrive in 3 – 10 business days to Customs from date of shipment depending on the shipping option you choose.
   Please note that this is an estimated date only as we have no control of the Carrier's servier or the speed at Custom.  Recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes.  

Please note that we reserve the right to make adjustments to the shipping rates published on our website and we will send you an email to advise you of the change if your order is affected by this change.   You can then decide whether you want to proceed with the order or otherwise.

Can I track the status of my order? 
 

Yes.
  All you have to do is to register with us and log in with your password.  
 Just remember to use the username and password that you have selected during registration to log.   Once logged in you will be able to see the status of your orders.  

How do I submit multiple items to be shipped to separate addresses?  

You will have to place each order separately if you plan to ship to more than one shipping address.  



What is your Guarantee/Return Policy?  

We want our Customers to be happy and have a fabulous time at our Store.   If for any reason, you are not happy with any of the products you purchased, you are welcome to return or exchange the products less the shipping charges.    

Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 30 days of purchase. All return item(s) including Promotional Items must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged, capable of being resold or re-gift and accompanied by a Return Form.   Please click
return_form and print.  We must receive the returned items within the 30-days time frame.   To expedite the Return Process, please email us at customerservice@fabulousscrapbook.com  Failure to send us an email informing us of the return will delay the refund process.

Should the return items result in a reduction of the total purchase value, the promotional item need to be returned to us as well, otherwise a fee will be charged to cover our cost for the promotional item.    This fee will vary from each promotional item.
